How to make "KIMCHI"

ingredients

three heads of cabbage

3L of water

Sticky rice glue- 2 cups of water and 5T of sticky rice powder

350ml of pear juice

 

 

 

HOW TO MAKE

 

Wash cabbage the day before and pickle it in salt water

Once or twice in the middle

Change the order of the top and bottom.

It's usually pickled for 12 to 16 hours

Wash pickled cabbage with clean running water.

Squeeze and drain.

With sticky rice paste

Boil in a gas stove for about 2 minutes and cool.

Chilled glutinous rice paste
